Level 2 Quiz – Inventor Check10 xp
-
Students who completed Level 1 learn to read real-world sensors, clean up noisy data and show information on displays. They write cleaner code with functions and non-blocking timing, and finish by building their own mini weather station.
- Ages 11–14
- 12 sessions × 90 minutes + final quiz
- Level: Intermediate
What students will learn
- Connect and read digital and analog sensors, including libraries (DHT, IR, LCD)
- Use variables, functions, arrays and millis() for multitasking
- Debounce buttons and detect state changes
- Design, build and document a multi-sensor project
Kit
Level 1 kit + HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, DHT11 temperature/humidity sensor, HC-SR501 PIR motion sensor, tilt switch, IR receiver (VS1838B) + remote, 16×2 LCD with I2C backpack.
